Oh my goodness! After contacting several plumbing companies we could not get a plumber out to help us with our shower plumbing problem - probably because it was such a small project. When we finally got Rob's contact information from Google, he responded immediately and walked us through ... trouble shooting the problem to see if it was a simple fix or if he needed to delve deeper into the problem. We were able to take care of it - thus saving time and more importantly $$. This morning our 'old' water heater dropped dead so we reached out to Rob and he was at our home within the hour - diagnosed the problem and by 1:30 PM we have a new water heater installed and ready to go. He drained and removed the old water heater and all the rubbish that went with it. He left the area probably cleaner than how he found it. I cannot say enough about this gentleman! He is honest and hardworking, his pricing is fair, his demeanor is very respectful, he listens and actually hears what you're relating to him. He is patient and easy going. He explains everything in easy to understand terms. This business is a winner! He also does electrical and air conditioning - so, his card is on our refrigerator. Could not ask for better service than this!

On another note...he could have come out for the shower repair - charged us an exorbitant fee for his time and the fix - yet he chose to ask questions about our issue and trouble shoot, providing information, asking questions and resolving the problem. It saved our money, it saved our time, he spent his time, made no money...this is honesty. This is also why we will continue to use his services as well as refer him to anyone needing work done.

Rob is a true professional--and an all-around great guy. I called him today about a slow-draining issue, and he quickly diagnosed the likely causes over the phone. We scheduled a time, and he showed up exactly when he said he would--which, as you can imagine, is rare in this line of work. Rob was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Ultimately, he didn't perform any work because he couldn't replicate the issue, and--here's the kicker--he was completely upfront about not wanting to charge me for something that might not actually need fixing yet.

This kind of honesty is rare these days, especially in an industry where people often feel taken advantage of. In a world full of upsells and unnecessary repairs, working with someone like Rob is genuinely refreshing. I'm keeping his number on hand and absolutely plan to work with him again on a future project. As someone who's worked with many salespeople, I can't say enough good things about this experience.

Called at 8:00 am. Sent contact information. Text back for 9:30 appointment. Arrived at 9:20 am. Had a slow flow from Kitchen Faucet. I cleaned faucet screen and faucet hot/cold valve. He checked to be sure then tried shut off valves. Flow was good. He then checked faucet hose and cleaned it. It had a lot of crude in it. Working great now. Very knowledgeable and great personality. He finished in less than 15 minutes. Honest and reasonable price for service. Highly recommend. He offers other services and will use him for future projects.👍👍👍👍👍

Rob came out to service our house- he was actually here within the hour. I had multiple outlets not working and he came and checked everything thoroughly and was able to have everything back in use quickly. We have had problems with our air conditioning system for years. And every time we got it worked on, the contractor would tell us that our system was screwed up, there was not enough room on the attic for the systems, etc. it was always a nightmare . We have had 3 other new systems installed over the years and it always took days and continued increases in price as the work proceeded. I had a drain back up and start filling with water in a bathroom sink, nothing I did was helping. I sent a request in at 8:30pm on a Thursday and Rob responded right away. He offered to come out that evening but said it would probably be better for me to wait. Talked me through all the items I could do to mitigate the issue in the meantime and was very patient with me. He arrived perfectly on time the next morning, I'm in the Copperfield area, and evaluated my issue. He laid out several possible resolutions but reccomended I use the drain cleaner for now to save me money and give me the best possible outcome. He didn't charge me a dime for the trip and was so friendly. Highly reccomend for all of your home needs, it's so valuable to have someone you trust. He's been in the industry over 20 years but just started his business this year, he's fantastic!
